A look behind the scenes of the New World Government

10/09/2018

Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had men’s views confided to me privately. Some of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they better not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it. ~President Woodrow Wilson’s alarming observation

With the collapse of communism, many, at that time, believed that, at last, we were heading toward a “safer, gentler” world. Ha!

The Gulf War (2 August 1990 – 28 February 1991), whether it was the perfectly orchestrated set up, or some bizarre mix-up in signals causing Saddam Hussein to believe he had a green light to invade Kuwait, either way his invasion of Kuwait was the perfect excuse for US President George Bush to test his international dream of a new world order.

Address Before a Joint Session of the Congress on the Persian Gulf Crisis and the Federal Budget Deficit, 11 September 1990

In his televised address to Congress Bush made these observations:

“We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective — a new world order — can emerge: a new era — freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace. An era in which the nations of the world, East and West, North and South, can prosper and live in harmony. A hundred generations have searched for this elusive path to peace, while a thousand wars raged across the span of human endeavour. Today that new world is struggling to be born, a world quite different from the one we’ve known. A world where the rule of law supplants the rule of the jungle. A world in which nations recognize the shared responsibility for freedom and justice. A world where the strong respect the rights of the weak. This is the vision that I shared with President Gorbachev in Helsinki. He and other leaders from Europe, the Gulf, and around the world understand that how we manage this crisis today could shape the future for generations to come.

Address to the Nation Announcing Allied Military Action in the Persian Gulf 16 January 1991

Bush added,

This is an historic moment. We have in this past year made great progress in ending the long era of conflict and cold war. We have before us the opportunity to forge for ourselves and for future generations a new world order — a world where the rule of law, not the law of the jungle, governs the conduct of nations. When we are successful — and we will be — we have a real chance at this new world order, an order in which a credible United Nations can use its peacekeeping role to fulfil the promise and vision of the U.N.’s founders.

Address Before a Joint Session of the Congress on the State of the Union 29 January 1991

Operation Desert Storm, with it’s devastating air campaign, overshadowed the president’s State of the Union address.  However, during his speech he explained the real purpose of the war,

What is at stake is more than one small country; it is a big idea: a new world order, where diverse nations are drawn together in common cause to achieve the universal aspirations of mankind — peace and security, freedom, and the rule of law. Such is a world worthy of our struggle and worthy of our children’s future.

From where did George Bush get these big ideas: and, for that matter, what is the new world order? With an almost faddish appeal “global speak” had been trumpeted around the white house, the State Department, the Council on Foreign relations, the Trilateral Commission, tax exempt foundations, non profit organizations for the environment, New Age religions, the media, and government funded think tanks.

For the most part these groups agreed that there must be a new world order. This order would eliminate national sovereignty and put in its place a world government, a world police force, world courts, world banking and currency and a world elite in charge of it all.  Some believe that there must be a complete redistribution of wealth, others said that there must be the deaths of two or three billion people in the Third world by the end of the decade.  And others said that Christianity would have to go.

An article in the Summer 1991 edition of SCP Journal, Tal Brooke quotes Brock Chisholm, director of the United Nations World Health Organization,

To achieve world government, it is necessary to remove from the minds of men their individualism, loyalty to family traditions, national patriotism, and religious dogmas.

A quote from the cover story of the 28 June 1991 issue of the The Economist (A Rothschild publication) entitled, “The World Order Changeth,” is revealing;

There should, however, be no illusion that a global police force run by a global democracy is feasible. Those who have carried the winning ideas to the top of the mountain, and now wish to spread them, will not allow this process to be vetoed by the semi converted or by plain toughs …

And if it sounds painless, it is not. The mountaintop is thick with those who would rather not see trade that is liberal, aid that is too principled or arms control that is too self denying. And America needs to remember that a willingness to involve others is not enough to make a collective world order work. There must also be readiness to submit to it. If America really wants such an order, it will have to be ready to take it’s complaints to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), finance the multilateral aid agencies, submit itself to the International Court, bow to some system to monitor arms exports, and make a habit of consulting the UN.

Not only do the one-worlders want to phase out “old-fashioned” nationalism, they stand for the elimination of private property, the elimination of Judeo-Christian religions, and a world government controlled by an elite made up of those considered to be “superior.”  Their religion called humanism, had its philosophy injected into the schools, the mass media, and most of the government establishment.

Humanistic studies
Aspen, Colorado is where the leading officials hangout: the Trilateral Commission, the White House, The Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Exxon Corp., the Brookings Institute, the New York Times, the Observer, the IBM Corp, the International Institute for Strategic Studies, the Xerox Corp., City Bank, The UN University, the World Bank, the Council on Foreign Relations, the University of Chicago, University of Rome, Coca Cola Corp, Chase Manhattan Bank, Citicorp, and many, many others go for advanced seminars in global ideology and humanistic studies.

Aspen is not just a mountain retreat famous for its majestic mountains and exhilarating skiing, it’s the home of the Aspen Institute (formerly the Aspen Institute for Humanistic Studies). The world’s elite gather there to consider the problems of governance and to set forth plans for the world.  Although they have dropped “humanistic studies” from their name, humanism remains is at the core of their beliefs.

If you’ve ever wondered what humanists believe in, these 10 items will enlighten you:

  1. Humanism believes in a naturalistic metaphysics and considers all forms of the supernatural a myth.
  2. Humanism believes that man is an evolutionary creature with no conscious survival after death.
  3. Humanism has the ultimate faith in man and believes that human beings possess the power or potentiality of solving their own problems.
  4. Humanism is an opposition to all theories of universal determinism or predestination of human beings; men are masters of their own destiny.
  5. Humanism believes in an ethics of all human values, and holds as its highest goal—happiness in this world.
  6. Humanism believes that individuals attain the good life by harmoniously combining personal satisfaction with self development but always putting the welfare of the community above that of the individual.
  7. Humanism believes in the widest possible development of the arts without any restrictions whatsoever.
  8. Humanism believes in a complete social implementation of reason and scientific method with full freedom of expression.
  9. Humanism believes in a far reaching social program for the poor and underprivileged—worldwide.
  10. Humanism believes in an unending questioning of all basic assumptions and convictions.

When you understand the basic convictions of humanism you can see why the one-worlders would have no qualms over the deaths of billions—it’s for the good of the whole. (Of course, their more recent revised plan is for a population of 500,000.}

Robert McNamara, former World Bank President, gave a speech on 10 December 1991 at an annual UN Population Fund event where he proposed a multibillion dollar global birth control programme. Warning that the world’s population could triple in 100 years and wipe out the 20th century’s social advances. McNamara noted that many biologists were saying that there is a limit to how many people the earth can sustain, although no one knows what the upper limit is. Or, for that matter, if there is such an upper limit.

This doom and gloom message was a favourite of the new world order promoters. The Global 2000 Report commissioned by President Jimmy Carter, predicted that population growth would exceed the earth’s ability to feed its inhabitants by the year 2000.

… the quantity of food available to the poorest groups of people will simply be insufficient to permit children to reach normal body weight and intelligence and to permit normal activity and good health in adults.

Report from Iron Mountain
One of the most disturbing revelations of the elitist, globalist thinking was the Report from Iron Mountain. In early 1961, several advisors to President Kennedy such as Robert McNamara [Secretary of Defense], McGeorge Bundy (Assistant to the president), and Dean Rusk (Secretary of State), suggested that a special task force study: the possibility of a permanent peace, and whether a permanent peace is desirable.

A panel of 15 men met at Iron Mountain, a special nuclear bomb shelter where government agencies and scores of essential military corporations had emergency headquarters.  Some of these corporations included Standard Oil, manufacturers Hanover Trust, and Shell Oil Company.

The 15 men, ranging in occupations from anthropologist, astronomer, chemist, biochemist, psychiatrist, physicist, systems analyst, to war planner and industrialist met for three years at least once a month. Their final report was submitted on 30 September 1966. All members wanted to keep the report secret except one. The unnamed individual contacted Leonard C Lewin of Dial Press and offered to “leak” the report to him in order to have it published. (I don’t know if the report was published or not.)

Harvard professor John Kenneth Galbraith summarized the contents of the report in a review in the Washington Post:

  1. War provides the only dependable system “for stabilizing and controlling” national economics.
  2. War is the basis for giving the necessary authority to the government to insure political stability.
  3. War is indispensable sociologically for the purpose of controlling “dangerous social dissidence and destructive anti-social tendencies.”
  4. War serves an indispensable Malthusian function of reducing the population at regular intervals.
  5. War is the primary motivational force for scientific technological progress!

Although the purpose of the Iron Mountain task force was to study the possibility of a permanent peace, it’s interesting that they came to the conclusion that war is the best option for maintaining governmental control.  Their substitutes for war included: massive spending on space programmes; an omnipresent, virtually omnipotent international police force; massive global environmental pollution; a modern sophisticated form of slavery; new religions or other mythologies, and a comprehensive programme of applied eugenics.

Members of the task force said they regret that modern medicine has cured so many pestilences and thereby interfered with the natural selection process through survival of the fittest (pp 50-51). They think the time must come when  all human reproduction is by artificial insemination so as to permit “Direct eugenic management” (p.73).  They would prevent unauthorized natural conception by putting contraceptive chemicals in the “water supplies or certain essential foodstuffs.”  They say that such a programme is already under development (p.73)

Since peace may be unexpectedly forced onto political leaders whether they like it or not, the report suggests that one of the remedies would be to appropriate huge sums of money (comparable to military spending) and use it for waste-spending on “largely unattainable goals” such as some impossible space projects. Later they suggest that the mass-employment of people in some system of “slavery” may be necessary although it would be presented to the people in a more “euphemized” or acceptable form.

Cashless society
Money is, and has been, the most important and powerful tool in the globalist’s bag of tricks. Because cash represents freedom, privacy, independence, and decentralization, government insiders wanted to do away with it. However, before the advent of computers, this was impossible.

On 31 January 1991 the New York Times ran an article by Harvey E Wachsman, president of the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys in which he advocated the total elimination of cash.

First the government would change the colour of the currency and require old money to be exchanged at the Treasury. Then all the new currency would be returned by its owners to the bank of their choice.  All banks would be required to open accounts free of charge to all depositors… In place of paper money, we would all receive new cards called Americards—each biomechanically impregnated with the owner’s hand and retina prints to insure virtually fool proof identification.

Current military technological developments supersede those of earlier proposals. Yet, they point to the direction where this is heading. And, it is not a pretty sight to behold. There is a coordinated script with the goal to turn humans into non-thinking automatons. For as long as man has pursued power over the masses, mind control has been orchestrated by those who study human behaviour to bend large populations to the will of a small “elite” group.

We have entered a perilous phase where mind control takes on a physical, scientific dimension that threatens to become a permanent state if we do not become aware of the tools at the disposal of the technocratic dictatorship unfolding on a worldwide scale.

Modern mind control is both technological and psychological. Tests show that by exposing the methods of mind control, the effects can be reduced or eliminated, at least for mind control advertising and propaganda. More difficult to counter are the physical intrusions, which the military-industrial complex continues to develop and improve upon. [1]

George Bush once said, whatever he is or will become he owed to David Rockefeller, CFR kingpin, founder of the Trilateralist Commission, New World Order Godfather.

We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.

It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national
auto-determination practiced in past centuries. ~David Rockefeller (June 1991) Bilderberger Meeting, Baden, Germany

David Rockefeller admits as much,

This present window of opportunity, during which a truly peaceful and interdependent world order might be built, will not be open for too long. We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order.

For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure–one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt (30 January 1882-12 April 1945), once warned,

In politics, nothing happens by accident; if it happens you can bet it was planned that way.

The New World Order is the emergence of a totalitarian world government. All crises (fabricated and other) are treated as advantageous to advance the NWO agenda.

The United Nations  (25-27 September 2015) launched a “new universal agenda” for humanity, and most nations signed the 17 goals included in the plan. The UN issued a directive that nations commit to the 17 sustainable development goals and 169 sustainable development targets to transform our world by 2030. The UN’s 2030 plan, promoted and supported by the Pope, in reality, will advance Agenda 21 to establish a global government, economic system and religion.

The populous, at large have little if no knowledge of the global NWO programme. Mature well-educated people consider themselves well-informed but, of course, they are not. The mainstream does not inform, rather its agenda involves fear-mongering and manipulation to control the populace. Further, such calamitous news may be dismissed out of hand and with derision by many. Major moves toward a NWO are taking place in front of our eyes, yet few people know or, for that matter, want to know about any of this: the ostrich syndrome.

A concerted effort is underway to manage and predict human behaviour so that the social scientists and the dictatorial elite can control the masses and protect themselves from the fallout of a fully awake free humanity. Only by waking up to their attempts to put us to sleep do we stand a chance of preserving our free will.
